🌿 Order Processing Time
Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends). Each item is crafted in small batches, with care and intention, so processing may extend slightly during high‑volume periods.

Shipping is available within the United States only. Delivery time varies based on the option selected at checkout.
🌿 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the order has not yet shipped. Orders cannot be combined.
🌸 Returns
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. The return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging. For safety and hygiene, opened or used personal‑care products cannot be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Non‑returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Items returned for reasons not related to a shop error
• Products with visible signs of use
• Opened products
• Items not in original condition
• Items damaged or missing parts
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
🌼 Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 20 days and applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If a refund has not appeared, check the bank account again, then contact the credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If the refund still has not posted, email yandroots@gmail.com.
🌾 Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email yandroots@gmail.com.
🌙 Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non‑refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary by location. For items valued over $75, a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended. Delivery of returned items cannot be guaranteed.
🌺 Damaged Items
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of:
• Exterior packaging
• Interior packaging
• Shipping label
• Invoice
• Damaged item
